White House To Ok Stealth Survey Of Doctors

I know that everyone is entitled to healthcare and who could possibly imagine anything better than having 30 million more people on Medicaid but to add a little fuel to the fire - Captain Kickass, being the smartest president in this country's history has decided that running secret shopper like surveys on doctors is a good thing. 
I have no doubt that this latest intrusion by the federal government will endear the medical field to the idea of being partnered with the federal government.  If I were a doctor I would be absolutely giddy about the future possibilities!

AARP Receives Obamacare Waiver

Oh look who supported Obamacare and now has a waiver from having to participate in it.  I ask you AARP if Obamacare was good enough for Andy Griffith - why is it now not good enough for you?
What it really comes down to is that AARP supported the passing of Obamacare in hopes that it would eliminate their competition in supplemental Medicare insurance - Medicare Advantage.
This waiver (as is the case with all of them) is nothing more than a political payoff and you AARP have no more integrity than the slimy US government!

20% Of The New Obamacare Waivers Go To Pelosi's District

Let me take you back to her famous speech where she told the American people "we have to pass the bill to find out what is in it."
Well, apparently doesn't like what is in it because 38 of the 200 latest waivers went to businesses in her district.  If we looked at the waivers given out so far (which is over 1,000) almost all of them have gone to unions and particular congressional districts. 
Can you say political payoffs?  San Francisco should be proud - Pelosi screwed the entire nation for you!

Did You Really Question Why Kagan Was Appointed To The Supreme Court?

Did anyone out there really wonder why someone with absolutely no judicial experience was getting a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land?  If you were - lucky for you the evidence is coming in.  According to documents obtained by Judicial Watch Kagan has been working on the defense of the Affordable Health Care Act (Obamacare) since the beginning. 
Do you see a problem with her being impartial when it goes before the Supreme Court?

Bill Would Require All S.D. Citizens To Buy A Gun

I have to start this out by saying that I have always loved the state of South Dakota from my years of hunting out there and this new bill only increases my affection.  Lawmakers introduced a bill that would require all residents of South Dakota (over the age of 21 and not a felon) to buy a gun. 
They know that this bill will be defeated but they introduced it to show how government trying to force everyone to buy a gun is as unconstitutional as the healthcare law.

House GOP Plans Two Pronged Attack

When the GOP takes control of the House on Wednesday they claim the fight to repeal Obamacare begins.  The first order of business is to repeal it then they are saying they are going to rip the law apart piece by piece.  My personal feeling on it is that no matter how they get rid of it - it needs to be done immediately so that real reform can be done.
Stop the waste and fraud in a horribly run Medicare system would be a good start.

January 1, 2011 It Is Illegal To Use An HSA Or FSA To Buy Over-the-Counter Drugs

For those of you with an HSA or FSA - it will be illegal to use it to purchase over the counter medication without a doctor's prescription.  You read that right - if you want to use your account for aspirin you will need a prescription.  The Liberals snuck that in to the bill after it was passed into law.  Why would they do something like that you ask?  To stick it to the rich of course........you know.......those families making more than $139k.

Children’s Hospitals Lose Some Drug Discounts

Go figure - more "unintended consequences" of the government healthcare takeover.  Looks like the drug companies do not have to give discounts to children's hospitals for what are called orphan drugs.  I guess someone should have read the bill.

Rep. Gary Ackerman (D-N.Y.) is daring Republicans to make good on one of their top legislative priorities: repealing the healthcare law.  I agree with this idea and the Conservatives should call the Liberals bluff on this.  In fact, I like this idea so much that I am sending a copy of this to my House Representative.  I know most of Washington is part of the establishment but I am still holding out some hope that we have a few people left in government that are truly looking out for the best of interests of our country and not their own ego and pocketbook.

The wiaver is an exemption from the law.  That's right people the healthcare law is so good for everyone that 111 waivers were handed out to unions, insurance companies and other big business.  The people who don't get the waivers - small business, middle and lower class.  Wasn't the purpose of the law to help the people that are getting punished by it?

She has a new website called take back the 20.  This website gives 20 states that she and McCain won in the 2008 presidential election but have Representatives that voted in favor of Obamacare.  She gives her recommendations on who would be a good replacement for these people.
