The wiaver is an exemption from the law. That's right people the healthcare law is so good for everyone that 111 waivers were handed out to unions, insurance companies and other big business. The people who don't get the waivers - small business, middle and lower class. Wasn't the purpose of the law to help the people that are getting punished by it?
