Obama Handing Out Healthcare Exemptions Like A Pez Dispenser

Hmmmmmmm - for a law to be Constitutional doesn't it have to be equal to everyone?  How is it that Captain Kick-Ass is giving out exemptions for healthcare to employers, unions and insurance companies?  Oh yeah - I almost forgot - it is an election year and the horrible things in the new health care law are surfacing much quicker than the administration had planned.  Welcome to socialized medicine!
