I don't want any of you to be confused by an earlier posting of the ATF operation Fast and Furious - this is not the same operation. When Captain Kickass took office he pointed out that the drug cartels were getting their weapons from the US because of lax gun laws. His plans were to tighten restrictions.
The problem with BHO's plan is that (as usual) the facts don't support his claim. An incarcerated leader of the Zeta cartel has stated that they did get their guns from the US (he got that part right) but that they were supplied through a US State Department program named the US Direct Commercial Sales. This was set up to track guns sold to foreign countries.
Here is where the problems start:
The Zeta cartel is not a government. Why is the US government selling them anything?
The guns are being held at land purchased by the cartel in New Mexico before they are flown out of the Fort Worth airport - Oh I didn't mention that this is the same airport used by the DEA to stop the drug running into this country.
Hmmmmmmm - Things are not really adding up here.
The bottom line is that the DOJ's own internal report on the Gunrunner program shows that the ultimate goal of the entire operation was to manufacture phony statistics in order to make a case for tighter gun control.

Like I've said before, I can't wait for 2012! It seems like all the people surrounding this Administration are intent on corrupting our American way of life and it's not going to work! Their ratings are really dropping as the people see more and more of the Democrats lack of leadership prove itself again and again. And I'm sick of hearing behind closed doors. A transparency lie, which is just one of many lies they feed to us. Maybe if we wait a little longer they will all resign due to the zipper clause. To many zippers keep falling down and can't seem to stay up! Wu! Wu! and the Wiener make two!
