Is OBL Killing Obama's 9-11/Oklahoma City Bombing?

Here is what we know:  The president's policies stink and his popularity drops with every legitimate poll - he needs a shot in the arm to prove he is the leader the mainstream media wants us to believe that he is.  What better way to boost himself than doing something nobody else has been able to do?  Get Osama Bin Laden.
I don't know or care is you are a conspiracy nut and believe that OBL died in 2001 of renal failure but let us ask our government a few questions (assuming he was still alive) about what happened and what is the fallout from the killing of OBL.

Why is the story of events changing every hour?
You were more than willing to give citizen rights to Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (self professed mastermind of 911) so that he could receive a trial in New York - costing $100's of millions in taxpayer money.  Why kill OBL?
The story now is that he was not armed - Why kill OBL?
You are not closing Gitmo - Why not put him in front of a military tribunal so that we can uphold your new kinder American image that you have worked so hard to create?
There hasn't been a successful terrorist act since 9-11.  Wouldn't killing OBL rally their side and make an attack inevitable?

What is impact on the USA?
Did the families of the 9-11 victims get closure?
The president's approval rating as Captain Kick-ass has to go up.
The people of the USA will now have a harder time traveling worldwide because of a heightened terrorist retaliation threat.
The people of the USA will now be subjected to more searches and invasions of privacy due to a heightened terrorist retaliation threat.
Will the inevitable retaliation by them give Obama the power and support to wage our retaliatory war?
How high of a price will the American people pay with the loss of personal freedoms for the killing of one evil man?

They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.
