I thought he was an excellent speaker. He seems very intelligent and didn't stammer when he spoke. When someone repeats words over and over like they really don't know what to say so they are buying time until they can think of something to say almost makes you want to pull the words out of their mouth. He's well versed on his comments and speaks well. I enjoyed listening to him and besides he's right on!
