If you watch this clip you will hear the dousche bag - that introduced this bill - say that to his knowledge nobody has been killed with the current open "unloaded" carry law in place.
If you read any Liberal teachings you already know that they were put on this planet to keep us from harming ourselves so to make sure nobody gets killed in the future - they want to ban Californian's 2nd Amendment rights.
Hell - because Al Gore owns beach front property in California I say turn the state into a prison and get Snake Pliskin to be the warden.
