A 2009 budget cut to a water rescue program resulted in 50 people watching a man drown less than 150 yards away. The firemen were very disappointed that they watched him die but if they had gone in and saved him.........there would have been a lot of bureaucratic red tape and paperwork!

Looks like a silent strike to me. No doubt these people belonged to a union? Don't get their way, then don't work. I hope they can all live with what they did!
ReplyDeleteNow I don't see a problem with this.......they probably collectively bargained themselves from having to protect or serve. You guys just keep on cleaning up and finding the perp!
