We Call It ‘Rationing' - Obama Calls It ‘Medicare Independent Payment Advisory Board’

Here is a good article on Captain Kickass' IPAD (Independent Payment Advisory Board).  For all of you seniors out there worried that Paul Ryan's plan is going to take away your Medicare - well here is your alternative - a presidential appointed panel of 15 non-elected people that will decide what procedure and how much of the payment will be covered under Medicare.
Even if a procedure is covered under Medicare and the IPAD decides to set the price for that procedure well below what a doctor/hospital can profit from it - they won't offer to do it.........so I give you the IPAD - the infamous death panels.
