When the Dems had total control of the government they didn't get a budget through before September 2010 because they didn't want to hurt their chances in the elections. They continue to flirt with the budget and a government shutdown because this very tactic worked for Clinton during his presidency. Keep in mind people - this has nothing to do with our country........it has to do with the Annointed One!
