I think they were in the process of changing the locks but because he was two hours early they didn't finished! Ha! That's O.K., Brazil can let him stay there seeing he's so generous to them! What the hell is wrong with our country drilling for oil? Is there something about this country he doesn't like? I really am getting irritated with that man. Time for a change, now!
