Captain Kick-Ass To Seattle - Who Has To Pay For That?

Obama goes to Washington to campaign for the local Liberals and guess who foots the bill?  That is right my friends it is the American taxpayer.  I know all presidents do this and I don't believe it is right to have the taxpayers foot the bill.  The cost of the trip and security should come out of the campaign fund of the person benefitting from the president's visit.
