New Energy Bill - New Name To It - It Still Stinks

Well my friends - they have cut the bulk of the bill down, renamed it and as is the case with everything government does it still stinks  Get on the horn to your Senator to squash this crap now.
With the passing of this legislation they are going to make everyone install (at your expense) an electric car charging station in your garage if you do any sort of remodeling on your property. This is whether you have an electric car, might get one or never have plans to get one - doesn't matter. The government will be tracking everyone's individual carbon footprint.  The government is getting Fannie ready to give you energy star loans if you need them......just what we taxpayers need more Fannie help!

Let me see if I can sum up Captain Kick-Ass' term so far:
Government has infringed on my Constitutional rights by mandating I purchase healthcare.
Government has passed legislation to shrink the private sector under the disguise of financial reform.
Government has passed legislation that makes the SEC immune to the Freedom of Information Act under the disguise of financial reform.
Government has taken close to a trillion dollars to use as a slush fund to strengthen the public sector under the disguise of stimulus legislation.
Government has refused to secure and protect our borders and the citizens of America under the pretense of immigration reform.
Government attempted to limit my First Amendment Right of Free Speech with the DISCLOSE Act.
Government is attempting to pass legislation to kill more private sector jobs and dictate our energy usage under the out-rite lie of climate control.
Government is kicking around the idea of a VAT.
I could keep going but I am starting to slip further into a depressed state of mind.  I have had enough Hope and Change for a lifetime.
