Elena Kagan Front Runner For Supreme Court Justice

Why would anyone question "The One" when it comes to nominating a person to a federal position?  Nobody can pick qualified tax cheats or people with conflicting interests like good old BHO but this nomination should make you sit up and go hmmmmmmm.  The question you must ask yourself is why would you nominate someone that has never been a judge at any level?  In fact, until recently she had never argued a case in court.  Are we to believe that there are no qualified judges in this country?  If that is the case what chance in hell does a person have to a fair trial?

Let us take a look at what her track record is and we may be able to see why BHO feels she is the best nominee for such an important position.  She believes that the First Amendment should be weighed against its social cost.  So, she believes in limiting free speech.......right up BHO's alley. 
She comes from Harvard Law School so we know she is smarter than the rest of us - she might be close to BHO's intelligence.  Can I get some sort of confirmation on that by CNN or MSNBC?
BHO has said she is a friend of his - well now that I have re-read what I wrote I can now see why BHO would want to appoint this incredibly over qualified woman to a life time position.  Damn - if the media hadn't told me that BHO was the smartest person ever - I might think it was Elena Kagan.
