I had mixed emotions while watching this short clip. In my humble opinion, not only do Obama's comments take a shot at Vegas but he implies that in hard times we are not responsible enough to control ourselves from gambling our children's college fund away. Remember this lesson in control comes from a president that just introduced a 3.8 trillion dollar budget plan to congress.
The Vegas mayor did his job in standing up for the city he represents. This guy belongs in the movie Good Fellas with that last line about being a slow learner.
