California Ordered By Supreme Court To Release 46,000 Prisoners

For the well being of the prisoners the Supreme Court ruled that the California penal system - 32,000 prisoners over capacity - is to release 46,000 prisoners.  Does anyone really have to ask themselves - what could possibly go wrong?
If I may make a suggestion - I say put them all in Pelosi's district.  With God giving her her guidance I'm sure she has a solution for being flooded by 46k felons.

Did You Really Question Why Kagan Was Appointed To The Supreme Court?

Did anyone out there really wonder why someone with absolutely no judicial experience was getting a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land?  If you were - lucky for you the evidence is coming in.  According to documents obtained by Judicial Watch Kagan has been working on the defense of the Affordable Health Care Act (Obamacare) since the beginning. 
Do you see a problem with her being impartial when it goes before the Supreme Court?

Senate Confirms Kagan For Supreme Court

Elena Kagan is the newest member of the highest court in the land.  She was appointed by the fewest votes ever for a Democratic nominee - beating out Obama's last appointee.  She has no experience as a judge and views the Constitution as something that changes with the times.  She believes that the Supreme Court should look at court decisions from other countries for guidance.  I have to give kudos to Obama and his future regime but I must also warn that if Obama - Kagan's puppet master - ever pulls his hand out of her a$$ the puppet will crumple.

It is very apparent by her statements and actions that she is nothing more than an Obama pawn that would get a lifetime appointment to the highest court in the land.  Maybe she should go back to Harvaaaaard and brainwash some more of America's youth. 

Finally Some Good News From A Kennedy

It looks like a Supreme Court Justice can hold a grudge.  Let me take you back to a state of the union address where a young president decided to blast the Supreme Court's decision - on campaign contributions - in front of the entire nation.
In what could be a little retribution for the court - Justice Kennedy has let family and friends know that he is not retiring until 2013.
Bummer there BHO - you will only get to appoint 1 Liberal puppet justice to the court.  Kennedy, like a hopeful nation, is betting you only have one term in office.

Why would anyone question "The One" when it comes to nominating a person to a federal position?  Nobody can pick qualified tax cheats or people with conflicting interests like good old BHO but this nomination should make you sit up and go hmmmmmmm.  The question you must ask yourself is why would you nominate someone that has never been a judge at any level?  In fact, until recently she had never argued a case in court.  Are we to believe that there are no qualified judges in this country?  If that is the case what chance in hell does a person have to a fair trial?
