January 1, 2011 It Is Illegal To Use An HSA Or FSA To Buy Over-the-Counter Drugs

For those of you with an HSA or FSA - it will be illegal to use it to purchase over the counter medication without a doctor's prescription.  You read that right - if you want to use your account for aspirin you will need a prescription.  The Liberals snuck that in to the bill after it was passed into law.  Why would they do something like that you ask?  To stick it to the rich of course........you know.......those families making more than $139k.

Google Pays A 2.4% Tax Rate

I am making this posting not to fault Google but to point out that the rich do not have to play by the government's rules because they are the rich.  Why would Google keep any of their money here when this country has a 35% corporate tax rate?  Lower the damn tax rate and you will get more tax money coming in........for Christ sake it is not rocket science!
Oh yeah - aren't we told that the Liberals hate big business?  Isn't big business the bad guys of the world?  Look who gets most of the rewards from Google and Microsoft.

Specter'sVote On Kagan Being Bought?

I have no idea how Arlen Specter could have credibility with anyone so the details coming out that the White House may be offering up a job to the turncoat are a little shady in my book.  It seems Specter wants a little job security - he already knows he is out of the Senate in January - so he is asking the White House for what is essentially political welfare. 
In case you were not aware - originally Specter was not supportive of Kagan for the Supreme Court  but after asking for a job he has turned coat once again.  The Left believes that the end justifies the means.

Jim Bunning Being Shredded By The Liberals And Their Controlled Media

On February 12th of this year "The One" signed the PAYGO bill into law. As the words ran across the teleprompter he spewed to the American people "Now Congress will have to pay for what it spends, just like everybody else."
2 weeks after "The One" made this statement the Senate passed the PAYGO exempt 15 billion dollar jobs bill. I believe the public is getting smart enough that I don't have to tell you that this has nothing to do with creating jobs - which is what the name implies. It is just another benefit extension package at our expense.
Whatever Jim Bunning's motives were (he appears to be somewhat crotchety when approached and I see that he struck a deal with Dirty Harry) he has been getting lambasted for essentially saying that this should not go through because it goes against the PAYGO enacted 2 f-ing weeks ago. Bunning is getting ripped apart by the Liberal media for standing pat on what the Liberals had been preaching for roughly a day.
The Liberals just keep reinforcing that the rules only apply when they are a benefit. If they don't benefit them they change the rules or ignore them completely.

Sounds like he is talking about right now! Normalization is coming, but I believe by the hand of the American patriots who did not fall into the brainwashing. We will be America again and although the enemy is now within, I feel we are still a majority and must act. Tell those who already know, tell those that are on the fence, and tell those that have already succumb that we cannot continue as we are. There must be action to reduce the government and restore this country to it's former self. Removal of these people from our government, media, and universities is important. The title was difficult for me to write because a member of my family loves Glenn Beck but I felt the need to put the story on here in case anyone has heard of this.
It doesn't appear to be much of a story but the lefties had to do something to combat the full frontal assault Beck has had on all of the liberal tax cheats.

Feingold No Longer the Golden Boy?

I do not agree with Senator Feingold's political views but I do have give him his props for sitting through his listening sessions. The Senator seems to be running into a fair amount of opposition from his constituents for voting yes to some very unpopular legislation. Here are video clips from Pewaukee, WCTC and Oshkosh.

The Reporter Must Have Tripped

I can sympathize with Michael Meehan when he said that he did not intend to cause reporter John McCormack to fall over that fence. I remember a night when I told the police outside of the Treehouse bar that I did not intend to knock the guy out with the 8 or 9 pin point blows to his head and neck area.
