Michelle Obama's $500K Plane Ride To Africa

The Obama women made the $500K trip to Africa this summer and even more interesting than the monumental amount of money the taxpayers footed for this latest trip is that the Obama girls were listed as senior staff.
The documents made public by Judicial Watch do not include the total of all costs for the First Lady's trip, such as expenses for security, transportation on the ground and so forth
Judicial Watch had to sue to get this information - could it be that the Obamas are ashamed of the wasted taxpayer money or just pissed about that whole Freedom of Information Act?

Obama admits the economy sucks but in his defense it has been the Republicans that are stopping progress.
Apparently, the smartest president this country has ever been blessed with, has once again forgotten that the Democrats controlled all of government for his first 2 years.  The economy was not important to him at that time.  So those years don't count.

Obama's Jobs Bill - Still No Co-Sponsor

You would think with the political might of Captain Kickass - there would be Dems running towards this jobs bill........but that is not the case.  The Dems are running away from this stimulus package......excuse me?  I can't say the word stimulus anymore.......is he really going to have the word stimulus removed from the dictionary?
This bill is such a political anchor that even Harry Reid says that they won't look at this thing until after they introduce some legislation to slap China on the wrist for taking American jobs.  (This will only benefit states that have Democrats up for re-election)

Parts Of New California Bridge Made In China

Would you drive across a suspension bridge that was made in China?  It would appear that the new California expansion bridge (replacing the one damaged in the 1989 earthquake) is just that - made in China. 
California - that state of fine American values - is able to shop the price of steel by not taking any federal money for the project.  Maybe - just maybe - we should be thanking California.  Captain Kickass's stimulus has created more jobs in China than here in America so by his logic this is indirectly the big O helping the American workforce

Interview With Jan Schakowsky On How Much Of My Income Should Be Mine

Tyler Hensley asked this question at the CNN/Tea Party debate - “Out of every dollar that I earn, how much do you think I deserve to keep?”  In the audio clip below you will hear how Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill.) does the old two step around this baby. 
During the interview she is asked how much of her income she should be allowed to keep?  She answers that she pays 35% but would gladly pay more.  The interviewer tells her that she can pay more - so why doesn't she?  Her answer is around the 2:20 mark of the audio.  Just priceless!

Solyndra - Becoming The Thorn In Barry's Paw

In another desperate move by the Socialist controlled White House - Captain Kickass's crew is trying to deflect some of the heat to guess who?  Oh come on people - he has been the scapegoat for big O since the beginning..........you guessed it - George W. Bush. 
As the emails show it Solyndra was hitting up the Bush administration for the loans just before Captain Kickass was sworn in.  I guess the WH forgot to explain to everyone that GW turned them down!

We have all heard about the failure of Solyndra in this country......just as the man-made global warming is bullshit - so is the cost effective solar industry.  Anyway - the White House helped to get the Solyndra loans re-worked so that 2 private companies will get repaid before taxpayers.  One of those companies is owned by a billionaire that is a major donor to you-know-who.

Congress is asking more questions about the White House's role in the wireless network plan proposed by the Virginia based telecommunications company Lightsquared.  The backer of Lightsquared is billionaire Philip Falcone, a major contributor to the Obama campaign.
You may be asking what is the White House accused of doing?  The White House is accused of pressing the head of US Air Force space command, General William Shelton, to downplay his concerns of satellite interference and alter his testimony to lawmakers.  Remember the American wireless infrastructure is vital to America's economy.......says the stimulus czar.

Do you remember that stimulus thing that was going to save the country?  Go figure that the Department of Energy spent $60 million to equip research facilities in Maldives, India and Australia. 
What kind of research would we spend that much money on?  It was spent on climate research.

FCC Puts An End To The Fairness Doctrine

FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski has given up the Liberal dream of the Fariness Doctrine.  Here we have the Liberals claiming that they are going to eliminate this 1st Amendment thorn but do we really believe them?  Didn't I just hear John Kerry (Lurch look-a-like) say that the media shouldn't give the Tea Party any time what so ever?
If they are waiving off the doctrine with the right hand I would see what the left hand is doing!

Promising Treatment For Lukemia

Scientists take cells from the patients body and mate them with a form of HIV (yes the virus that causes AIDS) and by doing that these genetic super cells will multiply by the thousands - destroying all cancer cells that it encounters.  For CCL patients this is a very promising treatment and is a great alternative to bone marrow transplants.  It has only been tested on 3 patients - why you ask?  Nobody would fund the research.
So - now here is my $64 question.  Which entity will keep this treatment from ever coming to fruition?  Big Pharma, Cancer research charities (they have a lot to lose by finding a cure) or Obamacare which kills a lot of research?
